The RaspBee 2 - add-on ZigBee interface from Phoscon.

The RaspBee 2 turns the Raspberry Pi into a universal Zigbee gateway. Thanks to its small size, it fits into standard Raspberry Pi cases. Works without cloud. No registration needed. Local control of devices, without Internet. All data, like the state of lights, sensors and switches stay in the local network.
Thanks to its power amplifier, the RaspBee 2 has an exceptional range. This allows the signal to pass through 2 to 3 rooms or floors, depending on the type of construction. More distant devices are connected via the Zigbee Mesh network. In this network, all mains powered ZigBee devices, such as lights and outlets, act as repeaters and can carry the signal. The RaspBee 2 has been integrated into the most popular systems for the smart home by the community (Jeedom, Domoticz, Home Assistant, FHEM, openHAB, Node-RED, ...).
