Payment for Private Clients

We reserve the right at any time by new orders to change the agreed terms of payment if the buyer does not comply with already existing obligations, or there is reason to believe that the buyer's financial position is weaker.
We have a lien on the goods sold until the purchase price, interest and costs are fully paid. Likewise, we have the partial delivery lien on goods delivered until the entire party is paid, plus interest and costs.

Payment for Corporate Clients

Companies and public institutions may apply for credit in Tronika AS. Credit must be granted before ordering. If an order is placed without applying for credit, it will be not converted afterwards. Please note that the company / organization must be registered in our customer database for credit. By applying for credit with us, you agree that we do a credit check of the said company.
Our standard payment terms are 14 days for business customers and 30 days for public customers. Payment shall be made by the date indicated on our invoice. Upon failure to pay penal interest - currently 12.25 p.a.

Seller may demand unconditional bank guarantee for major projects and projects where the buyer transfers the title to 3rd parties (eg. Condominium, well, etc.) or incorporating the products into other products.
